Shri Narayan Sharma Teachers Training College (S.N.S.T.T.C.), a unique name in professional education offering a genuine choice of pathways for students. SNSTTC College is based on a new paradigm: the generative or creative college. Research is about discovering that which already exists “out there” while a SNSTTC college creates that which does not yet exist; it fashions something new, innovates, makes and creates.

In order to receive a degree, students would need to “make something,” which would be construed broadly to mean any novel creation. In addition to teaching graduates and engaging in research, teachers would be evaluated and promoted based on their knowledge, whether a patentable idea, a new product, a work of art, a new procedure, a new line of inquiry, a new way of seeing a problem or a new business venture.

SNSTC College is a “generative college” layered on the foundation of a college and a research university. Higher education is in a state of flux. Our industry is changing, our norms are adapting, our student base is shifting, our resources are dwindling and the expectations of our stakeholders are rising.

The College offers two years B.Ed. Course and D.El.Ed is open to the students of all castes/religions and creeds, as much freedom of religious beliefs of students will be respected.

They have clear objectives for each lesson and works to meet those specific objectives during each class with effective discipline skills and promote positive behaviors and change in the classroom. They possess great management skills and can ensure good student behavior, effective study and work habits, and an overall sense of respect in the classroom. They have thorough knowledge of the college’s curriculum and other standards they uphold in the classroom and ensure their teaching meets those standards. This may seem obvious, but is sometimes overlooked. They possess incredible knowledge of and enthusiasm for the subject matter they are teaching.
