Anti Ragging Committee
At Shri Narayan Sharma Teachers Training College (SNSTTC), we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all our students. To uphold this commitment, we have established a robust Anti-Ragging Committee dedicated to preventing any form of ragging on our campus.
Objective
The primary objective of the Anti-Ragging Committee is to eliminate ragging in all its forms by taking proactive measures and ensuring a ragging-free campus. The committee aims to foster a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding among students.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prevention and Education: Organizing orientation programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns to educate students about the adverse effects of ragging and the importance of maintaining a respectful environment.
- Monitoring: Conducting regular checks and surveillance in hostels, classrooms, and other campus areas to ensure compliance with anti-ragging guidelines.
- Grievance Redressal: Providing a platform for students to report any incidents of ragging. The committee ensures prompt and confidential handling of complaints, followed by appropriate action.
- Support and Counseling: Offering counseling and support services to victims of ragging to help them recover from the trauma and continue their education without fear.

Zero Tolerance Policy
SNSTTC has a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. Any student found guilty of indulging in ragging will face strict disciplinary action, including suspension, expulsion, or legal proceedings as per the Anti-Ragging Act.
