Objectives:

- Promote awareness and education about rights and responsibilities.
Ensure a fair and impartial investigation process.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and address complaints of harassment and discrimination.
- Conduct confidential and unbiased investigations.
- Provide support and resources to complainants.
- Implement measures to prevent harassment and discrimination.
- Organize training and awareness programs on related issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
